Feeling melancholy. Getting back to work has been tough. I feel like a kid headed back to school after a John Hughes summer. Dan has just handed me the first season of the Gilmore girls, saying “what’s better than a mommy-daughter sandwich?”
I could list a number of things that are, in fact, better than a mommy daughter sandwich - herpes, perhaps, lima beans, definitely – but instead, I think I’ll just watch.
