Went out to the bar last night and drank substantially before retiring to the great Chalet of Swiss.
After partaking in a late breakfast this morning, I wandered downtown to pick up Dan’s birthday present - a gift certificate to Henry’s. Of course, I came back home and presented said gift certificate, and he insisted we go back down so he could spend it. He has gift certificate ADD. He ended up buying a digital SLR, which is awesome.
All in all, a good two hours on the subway. My clothes give off the faint aroma of citysludge - that icky, organic odor that comes from concrete as soon as it gets hotter than 25 degrees Celsius.
Smell non-withstanding; this weekend has thus far given a solid performance. Let’s see if it can keep it up.
